We are seeking a Director of Sales, someone with experience in the manufacturing industry. Familiarity with Satellite Communications Ground Stations, Radio and TV Broadcasting, Missile Range Timing, Rocket Launch Timing, Ground Communications both military and Commercial, Electrical Power Stations to control switching relays, emergency shutdown timing, fault analysis, fully redundant, failsafe systems, phased array radar installations, metrology.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets & expand the customer.
  • Prepare, manage annual budget for Sales activities (new initiatives, shows, travel etc.)
  • Manage response to customer inquiries and preparation of quotes as
  • Manage pricing of products to ensure both competitiveness and Provide periodic sales forecasts by territory.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals through outbound sales efforts and maintain and communicate to management an ongoing record of bookings per

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • At least 4+ years of related experience required.
  • At least 4+ years of experience in B2B sales of technical products Experience of managing independent sales representatives a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize as necessary.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Sales, Business, or related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
